The Couch King Keldari Station's "Say Goodbye to Ground Control is an epic tribute to the music of David Bowie as well as masterful showcasing of their own musical vision. A perfect blending of 80's synth pop, 90's electronica, rock, and dub. Perfect summer festival music! Favorite track: Stardrop Superlative.

GrevusAnjl Where do I begin… When I was younger, I’d listen to the really great albums over and over, night after night… until I had every detail memorized. This is that kind of album. The messages are significant and hopeful, the music is bright and energizing. I adore this duo. Favorite track: Quantum Singularity.

Running 06:24
No matter how we try to change
so many things just stay the same
 another face, a different place
but always giving up the chase and I'm running
 don't turn away
 keep the pace with me
 running
 but not running away
trying to catch our dreams others try to slow us down
but we're not planted in the ground
look to each other for our strength
and rise above the things that hate now I'm running
don't turn away
keep the pace with me
 we're running
 but not running away
catch the fleeting dream Running don't turn away keep the pace with me running but not running away now we live our dream

Lucky 04:59
I realize just how lucky we can be all i need is to look around and see in such a little time, we've come so far before we've come to grips with who and what we are I understand just how lucky we must seem sometimes I cannot tell my real life from my dreams though I can see that for you it's much the same why must we insist on always playing this game? Well this could be my lucky day (I've never felt so lovely) I'm seeing things in a different way (there's only stars above me) My luck has changed, I hope it stays (is someone looking after me?) I've come so far since yesterday (am I the only one who sees?) When we're raised inside a culture of complaints instead of what we love we turn our focus to the things that we hate if we gaze on everything that brought us here we can finally pull the future that we wanted near Now I see just how lucky that I've been all these years when I felt so stuck between where I want to be, yet feel left outside when for my whole life I've been on the inside But this could be my lucky day (I've never felt so lovely) I'm seeing things in a different way (there's only stars above me) My luck has changed, I hope it stays (is someone looking after me?) I've come so far since yesterday (am I the only one who sees?)

How did we come to this place and sacrifice our time and space for all these riches that aren't real distracting us from how we feel? Like a black hole that pulls you in, we're told we failed when we begin. who would discourage us to shine instead of making us divine? But we'll succeed collectively to make our own reality free to live inside our hearts - that kind of freedom is always ours. So give the TV back it's soul, say goodbye to ground control, take that chance and step outside, and don't forget, enjoy the ride.

Into the light everything's plain to see nowhere to hide not like it used to be open your eyes see what we really are there's no surprise inside… As we're changing our raging and feeding the need to fight reaching far into the light Into the light I never thought I would exit the night even my shadow could never deny it's only half of us everyone tries to hide… As we're changing our hating and feeling the need to lie stepping out into the light

From my understanding it starts with a sound and as it's resounding the waves make the ground we swim in this ocean and run through these fields our ears guide our motions our hearts turn the wheel (This is how we feel, this is what is real) So slowly vibrating eroding, with time yet always creating the horizon line we feed on this rhythm and breathe in these notes the melody shows us where we need to go (This is where it flows, this is what we know) Forever expanding creating our worlds perpetually ringing transforming this pearl the music is making the sound of the spheres which makes no distinction of who gets to hear (This is what we hold dear, this is nothing to fear)

Genesis? 05:05
A new beginning, life still expanding
always looking for a new place to thrive
and ever changing - or re arranging
a new world rising from the old one that died As we're evolving, the seeds are sprouting
always looking for a new place to grow
 we feel the doubting disintegrating
all it blocked is now beginning to flow Like a dew drop spinning through space and time
just to re appear on the horizon line
we make the world by our design
the more we dream, the more we find
all the things we want to see
 while we create reality
by living in the harmony
of our collective destinies Initiation, a celebration
as we're becoming all the things that we are
 realization, sanctification
moving outward, but do we know how far? and the elation of our station
a concentration of the things we have learned
no longer waits on our hesitation
our destination, our new leaf overturned. Like a dew drop spinning through space and time
just to re appear on the horizon line
we make the world by our design
the more we dream, the more we find
all the things we want to see
 while we create reality
 by living in the harmony
of our collective destinies

In another barren landscape like the mountains of the moon deep in our imagination far beyond the dusty dunes we lift off and make our journey guiding stars won't let us stray from familiar terra firma parsecs past the milky way Yippie yo, hippie hey climb aboard, ride away if you want to make some noise join the space cowboys Yuppie no, You can't pay or you're gonna have to stay It's a brave new world just in case you haven't heard. it's a kind of evolution passing through the photon belt and we all become accustomed as illusions slowly melt with a modicum of courage and a thing not unlike faith there's a chance that in our lifetime we can change the human race Yippie yo, hippie hey climb aboard, ride away if you want to make some noise join the space cowboys Yuppie no, You can't pay or you're gonna have to stay It's a brave new world just in case you haven't heard.

Star man have you gone back home or fulfilled your own wanderlust? Space boy just began to learn as your ashes turn to Star dust. Maybe the Jean Genie came and took Aladdin Sane back outside? Better to ask the Buddha In suburbia or inside.
